About me
As the founder and creative director of Snap & Scrap Studios, I am Sheila Callantine. My mission is to provide the scrapbooks, pre-made pages, and kits necessary for others to capture their memories with a sense of creative assurance. Having dedicated over 30 years to the craft of scrapbooking, I have also raised three incredible children and embraced every moment of life, recently celebrating a marriage to my best friend and partner.
Prior to establishing Snap & Scrap Studios, I spent the majority of my career working in retail. I found myself searching for a more fulfilling path that would provide a meaningful outlet for my creative energy. Ultimately, I chose to transform scrapbooking—the one creative constant in my life—into a business.
The passion I have for safeguarding memories is rooted in a deeply personal experience. While bedridden during my third pregnancy and looking for ways to stay occupied and keep my sons entertained, I turned to crafting. Back then, we relied on film photography, and finding even a few clear shots in a single roll felt like a success. Through this, I discovered how to turn those moments—even the ones captured in low-quality photos—into beautiful, treasured layouts for everyone to appreciate.
